2026 Swim Waiver, adult lap swim, Pool Rules, etc.

Attention: NEW waiver procedures for 2026 season

"Swim at your own risk waivers" are only needed if you intent to use the pool while no life guard is on duty.
ALL 2026 swim waivers must be printed and the original copy given to an HOA board member before access is granted.

Each person requesting a waiver needs to fill it out in it's entirety.
Waivers are not per family/household but per adult requesting the waiver.

If you are requesting early morning (adult only) lap swim access, please e-mail the address below to request it
Drop-off your signed waiver with Jen or during pool hours at the life guard station. (12 pm - 8 pm, 7 days a week).
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when access has been granted.

Homeowners and their household members are responsible for the actions of their guests at all times. It is the responsibility of each homeowner or resident to inform their guests of all Dove Tree pool rules, including the prohibition of glass within the pool enclosure. Any violation by a guest shall be considered the responsibility of the homeowner/resident or associate member who sponsored the guest.
Glass is strictly prohibited within the pool enclosure. If glass is brought into the pool area and breaks, the Dove Tree HOA reserves the right to hold the responsible homeowner/resident or associate member financially liable for all costs incurred as a result of the violation, including, but not limited to, emergency pool closure, draining the pool (if necessary), cleanup, inspections, refilling, chemical balancing, labor, contractor fees, and any other expenses required to safely reopen the pool.

Noise, Smoking & Drug Policy — Zero Tolerance

No loud, disruptive, or obnoxious music is permitted at any time. Music containing profanity or explicit content is strictly prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or the use of any illegal drugs is not permitted anywhere on Dove Tree property, including but not limited to: the clubhouse, parking lot, pool area, pool deck, tennis courts, and all surrounding common areas.

This is a zero tolerance policy. Any violation will result in:

Immediate termination of the event
Forfeiture of the security deposit
The Sheriff’s Office will be contacted to enforce this policy if necessary

The reserving HOA or Associate member is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests and attendees.
